IMPROVEMENT OF INDUSTRAIL PROCESSES

The objective is to be able to generate a replicable model of the improvement of different production processes. The project was developed in collaboration with EMA, where, based on the design and development of a dining room chair, its process was evaluated and different improvements were proposed.
