PROFESSOR LUCERO DE LA HUERTA / INÉS ÁLVAREZ-ICAZA

The Interuniversity Design Workshop promotes a diversity of visions about the commonality: for the guild of designers, the academic community and the citizens. From those manifestations, we hold a shared identity and the objective to reach solutions for our city and for us citizens. As a group, we keep searching convergence to define what kind of designers are we.

Concerned about the impact of the pandemic in education of the youngest, a story was created embodied in a children's story that tells the beginning of the group “Challenge Hunters”, a community of children in social networks created  in to encourage the constant desire of continue learning while having fun in times of COVID-19. The community exhorts kids to meet challenges proposed on instagram and tik tok to have a first image of the intelligences that they can develop and thus compete for recognition badges assigned by the founding hunters committee, depending on the performance and proof of compliance of challenges.
